People hear the term psychic protection and think immediately that they aren’t in the psychic field so they don’t have any need for it. This is for everyone, regardless of what you do for a living because we all go through struggles and hardships. The Introduction of the book discusses this and explains how everyone uses protection at some point in our life.
All of us from time to time feel overwhelmed and drained from life. We experience this from our jobs, family, bills, friendships and from just everyday life. Regardless of what type of negative situation or emotion we are going through there is one thing in common with all of them, it drains our energy. It doesn’t just drain our physical energy where we feel exhausted and need sleep, but it also drains our spiritual energy. During these times we become more vulnerable to allowing negative things to affect us without even being aware of it. We end up in what is a domino affect where slowly one by one every aspect of our life seems to somehow be affected.
Psychic Protection For Beginners is just as the title states. It gives very basic and simple ways to protect yourself, your loved ones, your home and also gives you ways how to rid yourself of the negative affects that you are experiencing. The book talks not only of the different ways one can protect themselves it also explains things you can use to protect yourself. From Talismans, Amulets and Charms (Ch. 2); Scents, Perfumes and flower essence (Ch. 3); to Crystals and Gemstones (ch. 4).
This book is great because it touches on a variety of ways and things to do so that you can see what works or won’t work for you. Then once you are aware of this you can expand on the specific ways that you are comfortable with and which will work for you. You might even be surprised that something you already do is included in this book and is a technique used for protection. For instance crossing your arms and legs or even your fingers are things we do instinctively without even thinking about it. Are you aware that even taking a shower or a bath can be used for protection as well as cleansing (not just physical cleansing)? The book is written in simple easy to understand language without elaborate technical terminology and it can be done by anyone.
You will also learn simple ways in which to strengthen and protect your aura, learn about your chakras, how to do a house blessing, even meditation protection which is chapter 11. It can be confusing and overwhelming when starting to look into how to do this. It can also become expensive buying books on each subject or items for things that you aren’t comfortable working with. I highly recommend this book to anyone that is a beginner or just wants easy, simple, basic things for everyday use for themselves and their family.
